Our  Story

SolVresh previously known as Soul Fresh Creations was established in 2011 to empower people with better health and positive lifestyle changes through personalized food coaching programs.

At the helm is founder/creator Chef Octavia Moore, a Culinary school graduate, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and certified Christian health coach.

Chef Octavia brings her vast experience of working as a personal chef and caterer for over 8 years to SolVresh. Over her career span, she has worked with various clients from different walks of life.

Chef Octavia has extended her professional knowledge and talent to help busy moms, patients suffering from critical illnesses, and even corporate clients with all their dietary concerns. Through her personalized food coaching programs, she has helped them make positive food choices and realize their way to a healthier and better life.

Guided by the belief that “You are a canvas, and your meals are the pastels”, SolVresh helps clients paint a picturesque life through positive food choices.
